А хз. Одноразові магнітні картки "як у Москві" вводити нетехнологічно. ІМХО, або жетони не скасовуватимуть, або будуть якісь дешевші БК (навряд чи). Або дешевих БК не буде і всі платитимуть 7 грн заставної вартості картки.
